We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Administrator to join our Secretarial team, supporting our Actuarial department in our London office on a 12 months fixed term contract.
This role involves assisting five Partners and offering additional support to the wider Actuarial team. A professional approach is required to respectfully and confidently liaise with client contacts who will likely be leading figures in the pensions industry and large corporations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Partners and staff in the production of written or visual material (such as letters, reports, tenders, agendas, and presentations) to LCP's quality standards using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Diary management and organization of internal/external meetings using Outlook calendar and internal meeting room booking facilities for partners and the wider department.
- Prepare monthly fee notes using the internal billing system, along with creating fee letters and updating fee schedules where required. Training will be given. Create expense claims for Partners and staff.
- Team co-ordinator support for two client teams within the Actuarial department.
- General administration including holiday bookings, study leave schedules, booking travel, and restaurants.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with impressive grammar skills for proofreading and writing correspondence.
- Competent across Microsoft Office applications, including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and willingness to be trained on in-house systems.
