As a key member of our sales floor leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to deliver market-leading standards to our customers.
With a focus on customer service and sales, you'll work closely with the store management team to ensure the best service delivery to our customers. Your infectious enthusiasm for our products and services will be essential in driving sales and achieving exceptional results against targets.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coach a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and deliver market-leading standards
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage department operations, including stock management and inventory control
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
