We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Maidenhead. As part of our family-run business, we prioritize building strong relationships with our care staff and customers.

The successful candidate will work varied shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, including alternate weekends, providing high-quality care to our clients within their own homes. The salary for this role is £13-£15 per hour, with a 40p per mile allowance.

In addition to competitive pay, we offer an excellent benefits package, including guaranteed hours after completing the probation period, paid holiday, paid mileage, loyalty awards, refer a friend bonus, QCF support, and paid care certificate training.

As a Home Care Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, such as washing and bathing
  • Providing companionship and engaging in activities with our clients
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Assisting with domestic chores
  • Administering medication (if applicable)

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You must also have access to a reliable car for work use.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide a comprehensive skills assessment program to support you in this role.
