Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Location: Maldon, Essex

Salary: £83.85 - £93 Per Day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team in Maldon and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Organize and participate in educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for children to play and learn.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and collaborate effectively with other staff members.
  • Support during meal times, nap times, and other daily routines.

Requirements:

  • A valid DBS check or a willingness to obtain one.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Understanding of child development and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a caring team.
