Roster Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to join our Operational Resourcing Team at Govia Thameslink Railway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the roster team in preparing and updating rosters
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Input data quickly and accurately
  • Work to tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Excellent PC literacy and admin skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Error checking and attention to detail
  • Monday to Friday office hours
