Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice to our clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
- Source and execute complex M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Financial Modeling and Analysis
- Create comprehensive financial models to support transaction execution, including forecasts, valuations, and sensitivities.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investment banking, corporate finance, and relationship management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful transaction execution, including M&A, capital markets, and financial restructuring.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000, depending on experience. This figure includes a base salary, bonus, and additional benefits.
