Bar Manager Opportunity at a Prestigious Wedding Venue

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Manager to join our team at a multi-award-winning wedding venue in the East Midlands. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bar team and ensuring exceptional customer service and quality bar experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team and manage bar operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement bar menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage bar inventory and control costs to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver exceptional wedding and event experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for delivering exceptional bar experiences
