Job Title: Occupational Therapist

At Optima Health, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide expert advice and consultancy on occupational therapy issues and products within the organization and to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise to advise on functional capacity, job demands, ergonomics, and rehabilitation programs for employees with complex health problems or disabilities.
  • Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your workload.
  • Contribute to the development of Optima's Occupational Therapy Service both within the region and nationally.

Requirements:
  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Eligible for membership of the British Association of Occupational Therapists.
  • BSc in Occupational Therapy.
  • Professional knowledge acquired through degree, functional capacity evaluation, workplace ergonomics, and objective/standardized evaluation.
