About Our Client

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will work closely with the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive business growth and success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure seamless communication and implementation.
  • Support the Head of HR in advising and assisting people managers on disciplinary, grievance, probation management, performance management, sickness absence, and flexible working.
  • Conduct exit interviews for mid-level employees and below, collecting and consolidating feedback, and analyzing it for key themes to inform business decisions.
  • Counsel and coordinate health and welfare cases, including maternity leave and long-term absence, and liaise with employees and escalate to the Head of HR when necessary.
  • Support the Head of HR in projects, including performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay vigilant and identify potential issues to bring to the attention of the Head of HR.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in HR administration, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant UK employment law.
  • Strong computer skills.
