About the Role
We are seeking a Festive Season Sales Associate to join our team during the holiday period. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.

Availability Window
You will work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, from 06:00 to 23:00. You may be required to work on Sundays and other bank holidays.

Salary
Our festive colleagues starting rate is £12.02 per hour, which increases to £13.15 for stores located inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for delivering great service, a warm and welcoming attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers. You will also need to be able to work well within a team, communicate openly with others, and take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers. A full clean driving licence is not required but would be an advantage. If the role involves working in the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, bakery, or driving, we are only able to accept candidates over the age of 18.
