Electrical Infrastructure Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Quickline Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure builds on new and old mast sites across rural Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a head for extreme heights, be comfortable working outdoors, and have a strong background in electrical engineering. They will assess potential hazards on the job sheet, undertake dynamic risk assessments, and ensure that all work is carried out safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect power from the DNO or local supplies across rural Yorkshire
- Travel to transmitter sites and mast locations, working at height and in the countryside
- Maintain and upgrade new power supply systems within our network
- Undertake maintenance of sites, fixing equipment when broken and decommissioning sites
Requirements:
- Hold an 18th Edition qualification and have testing and inspecting knowledge
- Ideal candidate will hold an IPAF Licence
- Experience with DC equipment, installation and design
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence
