We are seeking a highly organized and IT-savvy Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Kream. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, monitoring lead progression, and measuring lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming marketing-generated leads and record them onto our internal system
  • Monitor the progression of leads and measure lead conversion
  • Qualify hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team
  • Manage renewal campaigns and update email databases
  • Manage online vehicle stock to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Purchase order creation and liaison with the accounts team
  • Manage print procurement for the department
  • Book accommodation for sales team members attending exhibitions
  • Respond to messages received via social media and Google
What We Offer:

  • A Monday to Friday working week (9am to 5pm)
