About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing business, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, software development, and operational analysis to drive business success. You will work closely with our clients and team members to deliver high-impact services and solutions, using agile approaches to develop models and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and run analysis models to inform senior-level decision making
  • Collate, manage, structure, analyze, and visualize data to derive unique insights
  • Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients and team members
  • Develop strong relationships with the wider Company's team and contribute to delivering a great result for our clients
Requirements
  • Software development using Python
  • Operational Analysis (OA) approaches and techniques
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Requirements gathering and software design
  • Strong data analysis skills and highly numerate
  • A self-starter and team player with good communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working within UK MoD
  • UI/UX design and discrete event simulation
  • Data science techniques and advanced data analysis in Excel
  • Advanced VBA and knowledge of current software development approaches, platforms, and best practice
