Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, workshop staff, and management. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Booking in vehicles due for service or maintenance
  2. Organizing relevant paperwork and documentation
  3. Coordinating with the Workshop Manager/Service Manager for work completion

In addition to technical skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for success in this position. You will work closely with customers, providing clear information about the services required and explaining the associated costs.

A thorough understanding of motorcycles, including their mechanics and maintenance needs, is also crucial. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a car dealership, is beneficial, but not necessary. What matters most is your ability to adapt quickly and provide exceptional customer service.

Our client's compensation package includes a base salary of 28,000 pounds per annum, plus a performance-based bonus that can exceed 30,000 pounds annually.
