About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Partners 4 Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, including mental health and learning disabilities, in their own homes and supported living services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting dignity and respect, and encouraging independence and well-being.
- Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and domestic tasks, as required.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with mental health or learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
