We are seeking an experienced UKAS Accredited Surveyor to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of carrying out full-range surveying and analytical works on UKAS accredited sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to provide high-quality asbestos management services for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and local authority sites. You will conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys, as well as leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.

As a key member of our team, you will work in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Our client offers opportunities for further training, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme, and a competitive salary ranging from £24k to £42k.

You will be working on a mixed portfolio of sites, providing expert advice and guidance to clients on asbestos-related matters. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of employees, contractors, and the general public.
