Job Title: Product Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our client, a leading international manufacturer, in their Newport office. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Make decisions related to recipes and new product development, ensuring quality, sustainability, and commercial viability.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Commercial, Marketing, and Senior Leadership Team to propose, develop, and design the company's innovation calendar.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to urgent product delivery needs while maintaining quality, sustainability, and commercial viability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in product development, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
