As a Senior Technician, you will be working in a state-of-the-art workshop, using the latest technology and equipment to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles. You will be expected to possess a high level of technical expertise, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform all work assigned in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Company and Manufacturer's standards.
- To maintain a high level of competence through ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and best practices.
- To communicate effectively with customers, discussing any issues with their vehicle and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- To work collaboratively with other team members, providing support and assistance as required to ensure the success of our team.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Company and Manufacturer's health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience within a main dealer is desirable, although not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work.
