Job Title

Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Management at University College Birmingham.

We are seeking a passionate and innovative academic to join our dynamic teaching team. As a Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Management, you will teach on a range of programmes across the department's portfolio and work closely with students on topics such as logistical planning, supply chain management, project management, and financial considerations in operations.

Your teaching will be enriched by your professional experience, and you will help to embed employability skills throughout the curriculum. You will also contribute to course development, provide pastoral and academic support, and build strong links with industry partners.

We welcome candidates with:

  • Teaching experience in higher education, supported by a track record of excellent student outcomes.
  • Relevant industry experience that informs your teaching.
  • The ability to teach across at least two core areas such as logistics, procurement, project management, or operations planning.
  • A recognised teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one.
