Nurse Qualified Hospital Manager Opportunity

Cygnet Wast Hills is seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified professional to fill the role of Hospital Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates who possess strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage daily operations, ensuring the hospital meets regulatory requirements, targets, and clinical governance standards.
  • Lead investigations, participate in audits, and adhere to policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for quality improvement and commercial growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local health services, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

The salary for this role is £68,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and complexities of the position.
