Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Manager to join our Finance Department at Culina Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's cash flow through accurate and efficient control of incoming accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- To help control and manage multiple Sales Ledgers
- Forecasting to assist the Cash Flow Manager with cash flow projections
- Conducting credit checks on potential new business using a standardized credit check form
- Monitoring and managing credit limits and credit insurance
- Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts within agreed timescales
- Raising invoices for intercompany recharges
- Contributing to month-end and year-end processes
- Running dunning letters on overdue debt
- Participating in business sector debt meetings
- Generating monthly account statements for business customers and account managers
- Following up with customers to pursue payment and involving debt collection agencies when necessary
- Resolving customer account queries
- Supporting the department with general administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word
- Previous experience with an accounting package, such as SAP, is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
