About the Role:

As a Health and Environmental Trainer at Stride, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors. You will be responsible for delivering CITB-approved training, including Site Safety Plus courses, and conducting internal training sessions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £70,000. This includes a range of benefits, such as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering CITB-accredited training (SMSTS, SSSTS) and other SHE courses.
  • Conducting internal training, including traffic management, team onboarding, and safety awareness.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating training content in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in construction or health & safety, with relevant evidence.
    • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
    • NVQ/SVQ Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health
    • Health & Safety degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.
