Medpace is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Trial Management team, you will work closely with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Life Sciences and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of recurrent tasks, compiling and maintaining project-specific status reports, and interacting with internal project teams, sponsors, and study sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
  • Compile and maintain project-specific status reports
  • Interact with internal project teams, sponsors, and study sites
  • Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing systems
  • Manage study supplies and create project timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Life Sciences
  • Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team
