Commercial Litigation Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner with over 10 years PQE to join our highly respected and niche commercial firm based in Liverpool.

Our client is a multi award-winning firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work while valuing employee satisfaction and career progression.

In this role, you will be leading the growth of the commercial litigation offering and expanding it into the Liverpool market. With a national and international client base, this is a challenging and sizable role with the potential to make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Commercial Litigator with 10+ years of experience, currently based in Liverpool or with Merseyside contacts. You will have a strong ability for business development and networking, and a drive to generate impactful work and a passion for litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of the commercial litigation offering and expand it into the Liverpool market

  • Manage and mentor a team of litigation lawyers to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years PQE in commercial litigation
  • Strong ability for business development and networking
  • Drive to generate impactful work and a passion for litigation
  • Qualified Commercial Litigator with a strong reputation in the industry
