Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer: Integration and Test Specialist

Job Summary:

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Luton. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the integration and test activities for our high-profile project for the UK MOD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration and test activities for the project, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and tested.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems are properly integrated and tested.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Ensure that all systems meet the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain at least SC Clearance for UK-caveated programmes.
  • Solid foundation in a relevant technical domain, ideally in an airborne / EW systems application.
  • Experience of performing IV&V activities, including authoring test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing and reviewing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience of engineering gate reviews and the associated assessment of design compliance.
