Job Title: Senior ILS Engineer

At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior ILS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the supportability of our defence products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ILS plans to meet customer requirements
  • Undertake supportability tasks in accordance with Def Stan and customer requirements
  • Lead customer-facing meetings and influence design to optimize product reliability and maintainability
  • Populate the Logistic Support Analysis Record with analysis carried out in accordance with Def Stan 00-600 and customer specifications
  • Ensure tasks are completed to schedule and within resources allocated
Technical Competencies:
  • Experience of ILS, supportability, and R&M techniques within a defence industry setting
  • Knowledge of Defence and Military Standards
  • High degree of familiarity with MS Office package
  • Experience of ILS software (e.g. EAGLE, OPUS10, SIMLOX)
