About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our team, someone who is passionate about developing engaging digital creative and pushing the boundaries of design to create impact. As a Senior Digital Designer, you'll work across a variety of projects, from UX and web design to social media campaigns, email marketing, and the development of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing digital campaign ideas and executing them across a wide range of online media
  • Working with online brands and ecommerce companies to create digital assets for Google and Meta platforms
  • Assisting with client social media strategies and executing creative visuals
  • Assisting with new business pitches and digital proposals
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality digital designs and experiences
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent all-round design skills, with a proven track record in digital and online campaigns
  • Experience working with online brands and ecommerce companies
  • Knowledge of best practice for digital touchpoints, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Research knowledge and understanding of best practice web design and CRO
  • Experience in UX-focused wireframes for website designs
  • Experience in creating digital assets for Google and Meta platforms
  • Excellent Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills (After Effects experience would be an advantage)
  • Basic animation and video skills to create digital assets (would be advantageous)
