Job Description

We're seeking ambitious graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Programme, a two-year structured scheme that offers a range of placements to develop your skills and knowledge.

About the Role

This programme is designed for graduates who are eager to challenge the ordinary and drive change at our company. You'll have the opportunity to work in our dynamic Aftersales teams, gaining essential business knowledge and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business knowledge and skills through a range of placements
  • Work closely with our Aftersales teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

What We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business and development. If you're a driven and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Assessment Process

Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to showcase your skills and abilities. You'll be asked to complete numerical and situational judgement tests, followed by an online video interview and a face-to-face assessment centre.
