About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician to join our team at TGW Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our garment and clothing distribution systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance activities on TGW and third-party products to maintain high levels of reliability and efficiency.
  • Support the automation team to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Attend customer meetings to provide updates on automation performance and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to increase the reliability of TGW and third-party assets.
About You
  • NVQ level 3 BTEC ONC/HNC Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Previous experience in an operational engineering role within a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work flexible shift patterns, including days and nights.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn and develop.
