Key Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will provide expert commercially focused advice and guidance to employers and employees about health and work issues, ensuring integration with business practices. Your role will involve providing professional medical advice, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the profile and reputation of the organisation.
Key Performance Indicators:
You will be responsible for producing Occupational Health reports that meet service level standards, quality audit criteria, and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) of 5 OH consultations per working day. Full details of KPIs will be provided separately.
