Couture Craftswoman

We are seeking a skilled Couture Seamstress to join our team at Create Recruitment Specialists Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-end couture environment, with a strong focus on creating bespoke and intricate garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating highly specialized garments, including made-to-measure orders and collection pieces.
• Working with delicate fabrics, complex designs, and intricate embroideries.
• Applying high-end luxury finishing techniques and sewing skills, including hand sewing, lace manipulation, appliqué, and sewing with sequins and crystals.
• Reading and interpreting patterns, and accurately working with measurements provided.
• Resolving any issues with the make-up of garments, and ensuring finished garments meet the highest quality standards.
• Working to deadlines to ensure garments are ready on time.

About You:

• Previous experience within the couture industry is essential.
• Expertise in dresses, tailoring, and soft separates, with a variety of fabrics and surface design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
