Job Summary

This role is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week. The Director, Program Operations Leader, is responsible for leading and managing complex programs in Clinical Trial Management (CTM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, with a minimum of 12 years of experience and 8 years in clinical trial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical operations activities and decisions, including quality, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and integrate operational considerations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee clinical research organization (CRO) and vendor interactions.
  • Develop and implement operational solutions and options to address challenges and improve processes.
  • Provide operational insight and expertise during protocol design, feasibility, study start-up, and conduct phases of studies.
  • Oversee clinical study timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of quality operational deliverables.
  • Review and provide input on Clinical Study Concepts (CSC) and ensure consistency within the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience, with 8 years in clinical trial management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior-level management, external vendors, and clinical study personnel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
