Bar Back Role

We are seeking a Bar Back to join our ground floor restaurants and bars, embodying our 'Anything but Standard' ethos. As a Bar Back, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service and building genuine relationships with guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination cocktail bar or similar busy city bar
  • Provide exceptional service, anticipating and pre-empting guest needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Availability full-time with a flexible schedule Tuesday-Saturday, and able to work late-night as Decimo operates till 2am Friday and Saturday night
