The successful candidate will be responsible for converting initial course enquiries into sales and course enrolments. They will ensure timely follow-up of telephone, email, and in-person requests for information, as well as referrals for information. The role requires proactive communication with our Academic Officer team to ensure enquiries translate to applications and enrolments on courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate course enquiries into admissions and oversee the administrative process on the student CRM
- Produce a weekly sales report for senior management
- Update and maintain student data within our student CRM
- Arrange applicant interviews
- Distribute, collate, and report on student feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent phone manner and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to offer excellent and in-depth customer service to prospective IATE trainees
- Outstanding IT literacy, ideally within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint
- A salary of £37,000 plus commission related to sales targets
