About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Family Therapist/Systemic Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Altrincham. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and interventions for young people and their families
- Work within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC, and other regulators
- Provide excellent standards of evidence-based practice
- Regularly review and monitor outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal-based outcomes
- Active participation in service developments, including the use of service user feedback and in-house training
- Contribute to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
- Provide specialist supervision, training, and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups and reflective practice
