Job Overview:
Lloyds Bank plc is looking for an experienced Social Sustainability Data Expert to join its Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in improving access to finance and skills support for Black, Disabled, and/or Women-led businesses. You will work closely with internal and external partners to craft, build, and continuously evolve a social sustainability performance measurement framework for BCB.

About You:
You will have deep expertise in research, including methodology development, survey design, data engineering, analysis, interpretation, and reporting. You will also be adept at manipulating large datasets to help set strategy, advise decision-making, deliver process improvements, and handle performance.

About the Role:

As a Social Sustainability Data Expert, you will provide data-driven insights across UK socio-economic priorities and under-served business owner communities. You will marry those insights with our strategic drivers to help Britain prosper.

  • Acting as a data, research, and reporting subject matter authority by maintaining an in-depth understanding of social sustainability data and insights.

  • Developing data tools and dashboards to support the targeting of underserved business communities across socio-demographic segments with financing and skills support programmes.
  • Working with internal and external partners to craft, build, and continuously evolve a social sustainability performance measurement framework for Lloyds Bank plc.
  • Analysing socio-demographic data alongside other transactional, behavioural, and attitudinal data to unearth new insights for use in the decision-making process.
  • Running a budget used to develop new research projects and improve our internal capability to collect client data.

Salary Range: £57,546 - £63,940 per annum
