Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter

We are seeking a skilled setter/technician to join our team as we set up our new injection moulding department. The successful candidate will be responsible for changing over tools, optimising efficiency, and monitoring the quality of moulds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Change over of tools and trailing any new jobs
• Optimising efficiency of other jobs and resolving any issues relating to production in a timely manner
• Monitoring the quality of moulds to ensure they comply with regular quality checks and minimise the amount of moulds sent to scrap
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and ensuring that 5S is followed throughout the manufacturing
• Liaising with production planners in regards to any problems that occur and assisting where possible with any amendments/repairs

Requirements:
• Past experience within a similar role
• Good knowledge of injection moulding and some extrusion
• Ideally would drive and have their own transport
