Vodafone is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Leader to join our team as an Organization Design & Effectiveness Manager. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing organization design strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend macro-operating models and organization structures across Vodafone, partnering with business leaders to ensure the company is effectively organized to deliver its strategy.
  • Diagnose, design, deliver, and monitor prioritized organization design initiatives across Vodafone, often crossing multiple functions, business units, and geographies.
  • Lead end-to-end OD project delivery tailored to specific business needs, ensuring that designs are attainable and effective ways of working are established within required timelines.
  • Embody a strategic organization design and effectiveness partner to advise, steer, coach, and amicably challenge business leaders and senior HR decision makers, while providing options and recommended solutions to aid decision making.
  • Lead and manage organizational effectiveness and transformational projects, including end-to-end change management for respective organization design projects.

Requirements:

  • Delivery of OE projects to high standards.
  • Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree, Masters level degree – ideal.
