About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care and Education Support Worker to join our team at National Star College. As a Care and Education Support Worker, you will provide both personal care and learning support to our students with disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and learning support to students with disabilities
- Assist with therapeutic, social, and educational activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience of working with people with learning and/or physical disabilities
- Level 2 qualification in care or learning support (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
