Operations Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced administrator to fill the role of Account Services Team Leader, responsible for leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Attend client review meetings alongside the Strategic Account Manager to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Lead the training of new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Support the team with vehicle delays, damages, and accident repairs, keeping clients informed of actions being taken through clear and timely communication.
- Run daily reports and manage booking confirmations and communications for vehicle movements, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Oversee administrative processes, including PCN speeding fines, vehicle taxing, and V5 documentation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide effective leadership and ensure seamless communication within the team, both on-site and remotely, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Take on additional administrative tasks as needed to cover absences or high workloads, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in administration, ideally in the automotive or logistics sector, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- STRONG COMPUTER AND DATA MANAGEMENT SKILLS, with the ability to accurately process and manage data efficiently, using industry-standard software.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
- The ability to remain CALM UNDER PRESSURE and adopt a LOGICAL, METHODICAL APPROACH to problem-solving, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL, PROFESSIONALISM, and SELF-MOTIVATION, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A PROACTIVE AND FLEXIBLE ATTITUDE, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A willingness to travel to other sites if required, with a flexible approach to working arrangements, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service standards.
£32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location:This role is based in Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire, with opportunities to work from home and travel to other sites as needed.
