Sponsored Reserve Firefighter

We are seeking a highly skilled Firefighter Specialist to join our team at RAF Odiham, providing critical fire and rescue services to the Defence estate.

This is a challenging role that requires you to respond to fires, rescues, and emergencies on military aircraft and Defence sites across the UK and overseas.

You will work closely with our team to provide first response to emergencies, assist in fire safety awareness, and support operations and exercises in potentially challenging environments.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to public service and be willing to deploy overseas for 4 months followed by 16 months in the UK.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £7,000 remuneration package each time they deploy and a £1,500 Operational Training Supplement if they achieve the required annual training obligation.
