Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of £14.50 - £17.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increments based on performance. Our benefits package includes:

  • Door-to-door mileage paid at 45p per mile
  • Guaranteed Pay Contracts with consistent pay each month
  • Minimum 1-hour calls with regular matched clients
  • Scheduled Travel time 15 minutes in between client calls

Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver Advocate, your role will involve:

  • Providing comprehensive care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and medication reminders
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car
  • A patient and caring approach to working with vulnerable adults
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
