Content Creation and Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to support our Brand and Marketing Director in driving the success of The Gut Health Doctor. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and managing social media accounts, preferably in the health and wellbeing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
- Create and edit high-quality content for social media platforms, including videos and Reels.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to reach our target audience.
- Support the Brand and Marketing Director with broader marketing activities, including content creation, campaign management, and team collaboration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Experience with managing paid social media campaigns and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A fully remote work arrangement, with occasional face-to-face meetings and social media filming days.
