The Role

This exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Consultant will see you working 36 hours a week across Monday to Saturday, supporting operating hours in the branch. You'll be engaging with customers to understand their needs, identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch, resolving queries efficiently, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Developing relationships with customers, understanding their goals and aspirations, and recommending suitable products and services.
What We Offer
  • An annual discretionary bonus scheme: on average, our Customer Consultants received an on-target bonus of 8% (potentially £1,790 per annum).

  • A generous employer pension contribution scheme, up to 10% per annum dependent on employee selection.

Estimated Salary: Approximately £22,464 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
