**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cornwall Training Officer to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff across all business units.

The successful candidate should have prior experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, and possess strong communication and presentation skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver training sessions on topics such as Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, and Company Induction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements and organisational standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism – desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 per annum, consisting of a base salary of £35,000 and a car allowance of £3,000 per annum.
