We are looking for a skilled Domestic Electrical Installation Technician to join our team. As an experienced organization, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to be a diverse and inclusive place where we can ALL be ourselves.
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out ongoing testing and inspection of electrical systems.
  • Install wire ups, including maintenance and servicing in domestic properties.
  • Repair/replace electrical fittings.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
  • Trace, diagnose, and rectify all Code C1 faults, report all C2 faults.
  • Record C3 faults on Certificate.
  • Carry out routine safety checks on all equipment.
  • Maintain and replenish vehicle inventory stock.

Requirements:

  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, installation, minor works & periodic testing of domestic properties & 3-phase installations.
  • Own a full set of tools.
  • Experience working within a social housing environment.
  • NVQ Level 3.
  • 2391 or equivalent.
  • AM2.
  • 18th Edition.
  • I.EE Wiring regulations essential.
  • Qualifications to achieve an ECS Gold Card are desirable (graded at installation/maintenance level).
  • A testing qualification is desirable.
  • Driving licence essential.
