Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is delighted to work with a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence on a vacancy for an Architectural Technologist. This opportunity will be on a fully remote basis, with the occasional need to travel to sites in Central London. Due to a surge in workload for this particular office, they are eager to bring some enthusiastic, hardworking Architectural Technologists of various levels on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Revit on a daily basis to produce high-quality drawings and designs.
  • Work across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages (3-5).
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control.
  • Carry out site visits and work on a variety of new builds and refurbishments within the Education and Science Research sectors.
  • Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification required.
  • A hardworking & motivated individual with a background working on a range of sectors, ideally Education, Science Research, or Commercial.
  • Proficiency working with Revit and a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience.
  • Proven technical design and detailing skills in a portfolio and project lead experience is preferred.
