As a key member of our expanding Legal team in Ipswich, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior in-house lawyers in dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Our Legal team works collaboratively with operational and central function teams, providing a dynamic and challenging environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on employment claims and draft ET3s, witness statements, and other documents related to employment claims.
  • Prepare and deliver training on key aspects of employment law to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft policy and process documents of a HR nature.
