Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Beechwood scheme. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent standards of support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and choice in daily routines and activities.
Your duties will include:
- Working closely with a small staff team to provide personalized support and guidance to service users.
- Assisting with personal care routines, household tasks, menu planning and cooking, medication management, and social activities.
- Supporting individuals to achieve their desired outcomes and promote their overall well-being.
- Maintaining good health and safety standards within the workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
