E-commerce Operations Specialist
Join our innovative and rapidly expanding e-commerce company in Barnstaple as an E-commerce Operations Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our business and drive growth through efficient operations and effective marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of two who handle key aspects of our e-commerce operations, including order processing, packing and shipping, stock management, customer service, returns, and bookkeeping and payroll.
You will also play a critical role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to grow our online presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day running of our e-commerce business, ensuring high standards of customer care and efficient processes.
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow our online presence and revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives business growth.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
